• Strong change management and communications experience in complex environments.
• Experience supporting multiple programs or initiatives.
• Ability to design practical, effective approaches beyond frameworks.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design change management strategies for programs and initiatives.
• Define success measures, risks, and adoption approaches.
• Shape communication strategies and key messaging.
• Translate enterprise standards into practical approaches.
• Execute strategies for high-impact enterprise initiatives.
• Coach program teams on change and communications.
• Provide guidance, review, and course correction.
• Support enterprise-critical initiatives with targeted execution help.
• Assist high-risk or complex programs when needed.
• Step in when program capability requires support.
• Keep execution involvement intentional, scoped, and time-bound.
• Transition execution ownership back to program teams.
• Scale Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communication approaches.
• Identify risks early and address them proactively.
