Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead change strategy across Marketing & Communications. You will assess impacts, drive readiness, and enable adoption across a 700+ team, partnering with senior leaders to ensure sponsorship and alignment.

You will develop training, govern change processes, and embed change into PMO governance, delivering measurable value and scalable playbooks across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in change management or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or creative operations preferred.
• Proven track record delivering change at scale.

Responsabilités

• Own the change strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments across stakeholder groups.
• Build sponsorship plans and align initiative leads across teams.
• Deliver role-based training and ensure consistent messaging.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Embed change into PMO governance and maintain reusable playbooks.
