Job summary

Yahoo Advertising is seeking a Client Experience Specialist (Finance) to support retail, QSR, CPG, Pharma, and Health verticals in NYC Metro. You will drive day-to-day campaign planning, launch coordination, pacing, and post-campaign analysis, leveraging enterprise AI tools to generate insights and reports for sales partners.

In this role, you will partner with Account Directors and Ad Ops to ensure timely delivery, accurate billing, and proactive issue resolution, while exploring AI workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management, media operations, or client service.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital media formats and buying models (direct IO, programmatic).
• Proficiency with ad tech platforms and sales management tools like Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Client Success Ownership: manage campaign timelines, assets, and client expectations.
• Campaign Execution & Pacing: oversee lifecycles from inventory reservation to final billing.
• Strategic Planning & Media Coordination: support media planning & revisions with sales teams.
• AI-Augmented Insights & Reporting: draft performance summaries and reports using AI tools.
• Workflow Automation & Process Enablement: identify repetitive tasks and apply AI-driven automation.
• Tool Adoption: test and share best practices for internal AI tools and ad tech features.
• Cross-Functional Communication: coordinate issue resolution with ops, billing, and product support.
