Job summary

Stafford Gray is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a public-sector IT Infrastructure Services organization in Southeast Michigan. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Waterford/Pontiac area at least 2 days per week, with remote work during standard business hours from a suitable home office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically integrations or work in Asset Management, Inventory Management, or CMDB/Discovery.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft365 productivity suite.
• Data analytics experience.
• Ability to be onsite in the Waterford/Pontiac area at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, analyze data, design solutions, and write technical requirements for infrastructure projects.
• Support ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB/Discovery, and Webex.
• Test and implement technology solutions, and support users through rollout.
• Research current systems and create procedures that improve them.
• Train and support end users.
• Write Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contract Scopes of Deliverables
