The Stafford Gray Group in Southeast Michigan seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a public-sector IT Infrastructure Services organization. You will work across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

This hybrid role requires you to be onsite in Waterford/Pontiac at least 2 days per week. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, testing, training end users, and drafting RFPs and scopes

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically integrations or CMDB/Discovery (firm requirement).
• Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
• Data analytics experience.
• Ability to be onsite in the Waterford/Pontiac area at least 2 days per week.

Stafford Gray is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a public-sector IT Infrastructure Services organization in Southeast Michigan. You’ll work across the Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. You’ll own project assignments from requirements through implementation, so this role suits a self-starter who takes ownership.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in the Waterford/Pontiac area. Remote days follow standard business hours from an adequate home office. The engagement is ongoing, with a target start in early November.

What you’ll do

• Gather requirements, analyze data, design solutions, and write technical requirements for infrastructure projects
