Odoo is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Brisbane, CA to manage a portfolio of direct customers across North America, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the journey. You’ll drive adoption of Odoo’s modular ERP suite and build lasting relationships to support growth.

Your mission is to maximize customer value, collaborate with internal teams, and execute proactive account management to support renewals and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, ERP, or similar client-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (professional or native).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of direct customers across the North American market.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their business goals.
• Drive product adoption and engagement with guidance on best practices.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess health and outcomes.
• Identify churn risks and drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with internal stakeholders.
