Job summary

Netpace Inc. is seeking a Benefits Administrator in Boise, ID to maintain employee records, manage benefits processing and respond to inquiries. The role is onsite four days a week and involves coordinating enrollments, terminations, and claims.

You will use HRIS tools, analyze benefit programs, and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employer contributions. A bachelor’s in a related field and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HRIS and HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems required.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Microsoft Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of benefit plans and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and benefits files.
• Manage general inquiries and complaints via online ticketing system.
• Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
• Advise employees on details of benefit programs.
• Utilize HRIS and tools to resolve benefit issues and respond to queries.
• Assist with processing of National Medical Support Notice inquiries and enrollments.
• Assist with processing of dependent verification documents.
• Assist with audits of benefits data and special projects.
• Assist with weekly and monthly invoicing payments.
• Evaluate efficiency and value of current benefit programs and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employer contributions and deductions.
• Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation per regulations.
