The Addison Group is seeking a Benefits Administrator (Temporary) in Chevy Chase, MD. This contract role focuses on managing employee leaves of absence, providing day-to-day benefits support, and handling monthly premium billing as part of a busy HR team.

Responsibilities include leave lifecycle management, benefits enrollment, and collaboration with Payroll. A detail-minded, calm professional with strong customer service will thrive in this role, with a hybrid schedule that includes remote work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering leave programs (FMLA, PWFA, state paid leave).
• Experience with health and welfare administration, enrollments, and life events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of leave requests, including eligibility checks and return-to-work follow-up.
• Coordinate with Payroll to close leaves that affect pay.
• Handle benefit enrollments and life events requiring eligibility follow-up.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly carrier premium invoices for health, dental, vision, and leave plans.
• Support open enrollment with employee questions and elections.
