Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Health Support Center in a hybrid Brentwood, TN role. You will support Lifepoint for You benefit plans, ensure proper plan administration, and resolve escalated questions.

Strong communication with vendors, HR partners, and employees is essential for accurate program communication. Responsibilities include communicating plan designs, administering eligibility files, and assisting with annual enrollment, reporting, and ad hoc

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of related customer service, benefits, or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Communicate plan designs across multiple facilities clearly.
• Assist with administering Lifepoint Health benefit programs and eligibility files.
• Analyze escalated benefit questions and resolve issues with root-cause insights.
• Serve as a resource to managers and HR partners on benefit programs.
• Coordinate with benefit vendors and carriers on plan administration.
• Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting for benefit plans.
• Support Annual Enrollment activities and eligibility review.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
