Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a qualified HR Benefits Analyst to administer and maintain employee benefit plans, including health and wellness programs. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in employee benefits and leave management, a strong compliance background, and is comfortable in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HRIS transactions, guiding employees on benefits, and analyzing benefit utilization. Candidates should have excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits, leave management, and ADA accommodation processes.
• Strong knowledge of benefit program regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain all employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Manage day-to-day transactions and data within HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
• Guide and support employees in understanding and utilizing benefit programs.
