Job summary

Remodel Health seeks a Benefits Advisor to lead onboarding and enrollment for new and existing members in Indianapolis. You will serve as the subject matter expert on health benefits and how Remodel Health integrates with client programs.

You will educate members on plan options, help customize benefits, and collaborate with employer and employee stakeholders. This role requires travel to domestic locations occasionally and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Health Insurance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply for and enroll individuals into insurance plans and programs.
• Conduct in-person Zoom calls with members to find insurance plans that fit their needs.
• Abide by insurance standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
• Work as an advocate for the employee and employer.
• Participate in new customer hand-offs from launch.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Able to travel to various domestic locations (infrequent).
