Job summary

Remodel Health, a health benefits platform, seeks a driven, organized professional to join the Team Benefits group. You will manage client benefits, support implementations and renewals, and coordinate with Success and Account teams to ensure accurate, timely processing of benefits and HRA programs.

The role emphasizes accuracy, care, and efficiency in serving clients and requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Health license preferred.
• Full health benefits including life, long-term disability, dental and vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of group benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
• Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day support and guidance on benefits questions.
• Coordinate new group implementations, renewals, enrollments and plan changes.
• Administer and manage in-house HRA offering with accuracy and timeliness.
• Learn and utilize technology solutions; support cross-functional teams.
