Job summary

Remodel Health is seeking a Benefits Advisor to onboard and enroll new and existing PeopleKeep members, guiding them through major medical and ancillary options.

The role requires excellent communication, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to work in a hybrid office in downtown Indianapolis four days a week with Fridays remote.

We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to help us grow one of our core product offerings, PeopleKeep! As a Benefits Advisor, you will play an integral role in onboarding and enrolling both new and existing PeopleKeep members. For new members, you are the gateway to an individual's experience with PeopleKeep in the pursuit of major medical and ancillary options. For new and existing members, you are the primary subject matter expert in health benefits. You are also key in helping members understand what benefits are available to them, how PeopleKeep fits into their benefits, and how their benefits actually work.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Health Insurance experience strongly preferred
