You will generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and disciplined inbound follow-up, partnering with Account Executives to schedule meetings and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), at least 1 year in outbound sales or related roles, strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce), and thrives in a metrics-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead development, telemarketing or outside sales.
• Strong communication skills to engage prospective customers by phone and email.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospective customers through cold-calling and email to qualify leads and set appointments.
• Qualify prospects through discovery and needs assessment to align with target profiles.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and sales engagement systems for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to improve meeting quality and messaging; participate in coaching sessions.
