• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and process new leads via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for fit with JLLT products.
• Research target accounts and map decision-makers.
• Execute outbound campaigns and support Account Executives with lead generation.
• Maintain the Salesforce CRM and update pipeline with activities.
