Job summary

PCM Services in Beltsville, MD is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This hybrid role balances office collaboration with remote work to build new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.

You will leverage Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Costar to identify prospects, generate leads, and coordinate meetings with decision-makers in commercial real estate and property management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or business development, preferably in property management or construction trades.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience generating leads and cold-calling to build a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of construction services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement established sales strategies to engage current and prospective customers.
• Generate new business leads, qualify opportunities, and arrange meetings with prospects and the sales team.
• Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Costar to manage prospects and nurture relationships.
• Meet or exceed daily activity goals (50+ calls and follow-up emails).
• Drive revenue through outreach and prospecting activities.
• Leverage PCM’s services to offer relevant solutions to clients in commercial real estate and property management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-through on qualified opportunities.
