SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.

In this hybrid role, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, train staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliant documentation and outcomes.

Formación

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
