Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing clinical support and recommendations.
• Train and educate staff on behavioral programs.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure ethical practice.
