BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide evidence-based behavioral assessments and plan development within SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to implement effective interventions and monitor progress.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, maintaining documentation, and aligning treatment with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with passion for meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing clinical support and recommendations.
• Partner with individuals and families throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and coordinate psychiatric supports as needed.
• Train and educate staff on behavioral programs and interventions.
• Respond to behavioral needs and provide clinical guidance when challenges arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation, caseload records, and required clinical reports.
