Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support for individuals and families. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions conducted within a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop Behavior Intervention Plans, monitor progress, mentor RBTs, and educate caregivers while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for individuals with ASD.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine approaches.
• Educate and support families in applying strategies at home.
• Supervise RBTs and other staff; provide training and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical reports.
