BrightSpring Health Services, via its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver behavioral and therapeutic support in Virginia. You will assess, plan, and monitor programs, and collaborate with individuals, families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs.
Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing strategies at home.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
