Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, part of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions.

You will work with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop strategies that promote progress, independence, and improved quality of life, supervising RBTs and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with passion for helping individuals achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to client needs and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate and support caregivers in applying strategies at home.
• Supervise RBTs and provide training and feedback.
• Complete clinical documentation in SpringHealth’s EHR.
