Job summary

Growing Minds Behavioral Health, a leading provider of personalized ABA therapy, is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in person and remote services. You will design and implement behavioral intervention plans to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes collaborating with families and professionals, conducting assessments, data analysis, and training direct-care staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year ABA experience with BCBA certification.
• Ability to work both in person and remotely.
• Knowledge of behavioral analysis principles and data collection.
• Maryland LBA certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention plans for children.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and make treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to implement plans.
• Provide training and support to direct-care staff on interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, plans, and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
