Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions. You will work with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD strategies at home.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other staff; provide training and feedback.
