SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support through assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate staff and families, and ensure accurate documentation in SpringHealth’s EHR.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience implementing ABA programming.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with families and teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive ASD assessments to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
• Design and implement ABA interventions tailored to clients' needs.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain detailed records and reports for stakeholders.
