Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a small team and supervise BTs/RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services.

The position offers full-time Monday–Friday work with no weekends, a competitive salary of 85k–95k, strong benefits, and potential incentive bonuses. Candidates must be a BCBA with at least one year of relevant experience and strong data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility in good standing is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families for supervision and collaboration.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
