Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid/remote role in the US. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans while coordinating with families and staff.

The position emphasizes a manageable caseload and supportive Clinical Manager guidance. The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri), with no weekends, and a competitive benefits package including 401(k) with match, healthcare, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification via Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and ethical guidelines.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and caseload management.
