Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our Worcester-based team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, with no weekends or late nights. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to implement data-driven treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with valid Behavior Analyst Certification Board credentials.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA interventions, ethics, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by coordinating with families and staff.
