Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise a small caseload, delivering data-driven treatment and staff supervision. The role prioritizes collaboration with families to ensure effective behavior modification strategies.

The position offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive pay of $85k–$95k, and an attractive benefits package including 401K with match and tuition for ongoing ABA software training.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
