Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking BCBA professionals in a hybrid role in Massachusetts. The position involves supervising BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and using data to tailor treatment plans for clients with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by BACB.
• At least 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and mobility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions and interpret results to modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns related to behavior modification or staff.
• Support BCBA with administrative assistance and caseload management.
