Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team. You will provide direct supervision to BTs and RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data with staff and families to tailor individualized treatment plans.

We offer a competitive salary, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, a laptop, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and a potential annual incentive of up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, including physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify the treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
