Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in a supportive clinical setting. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment adjustments and collaboration with families to optimize outcomes for clients with diverse needs.

We provide a collaborative environment with Clinical Manager support, scheduling assistance, and access to ABA software and tools.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, including potential lifting and being on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
