Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a center-based BCBA with a hybrid work option in Braintree, MA. The role includes supervising BTs/RBTs, reviewing data, and coordinating with families while managing a small caseload. Competitive pay and benefits with a standard full-time schedule.

Qualified candidates must be a BCBA with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software. An incentive bonus up to $6,000 is available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families for supervision.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns with staff guidance.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload management.
