Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision for BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in a supportive, family-centered setting.

You will review data from sessions, interpret results, and adapt individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and staff. The role emphasizes ongoing supervision, communication, and adherence to ABA ethics and best practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Ability to review data and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families to discuss progress and concerns.
