Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role (center and remote). The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, oversee a small caseload, review data with staff and families, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

We offer a competitive salary range of 85k–95k with up to a $6,000 annual incentive, plus full benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a supportive clinical manager.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with at least 1 year of experience with diverse populations.
• Proficient in ABA data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families about treatment concerns.
• Support BCBA caseload with administrative help.
