Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid, full-time role in Cherry Hill, NJ. The position involves supervising BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing session data to adjust treatment plans.

Family consultations and staff meetings are part of the role. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct staff and family meetings; consult families on treatment concerns.
• Support from Clinical Manager with scheduling and caseload management.
