Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and to manage a small caseload in a Bridgeport, CT setting. You will review session data, adjust individualized treatment plans, and conduct regular team meetings with staff and families.

The role requires BCBA certification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong ABA knowledge.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Proficiency in ABA methods, data collection, and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct staff and family meetings to supervise and support treatment.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
