Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a center-based BCBA with a hybrid work option. The role involves direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and using data to guide treatment plans. In return, the team offers competitive pay and a flexible schedule.

Incentives include a potential discretionary income of up to $6000 annually, paid monthly, plus a comprehensive benefits package and the possibility of hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• Certified BCBA as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify the treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
