Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a BCBA to oversee clinical supervision and ABA program implementation for clients with autism and developmental delays. The role includes designing programs, supervising staff, and delivering direct instruction in hybrid work settings within Marin County, CA.

The position requires BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid California Driver’s license (if working in-person/hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental delays.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client’s needs.
• Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.
• Meet with and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and staff to guide progress and review goals.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and prepare progress reports under supervision.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools under supervision.
• Develop and oversee behavioral plans and adaptive skill development.
• Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
