Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in San Rafael, CA. The hybrid position includes in-home hours and some remote work, with a schedule that spans afternoons or evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, designing ABA programs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families to implement treatment plans. Competitive salary with sign-on and monthly bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, with afternoons/evenings.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes around service areas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid California Driver’s license (if in-person/hybrid).
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and delays.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs to client needs.
• Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to help clients reach goals.
• Meet with and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and staff to review progress.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools under supervision.
• Develop and oversee behavioral plans for children.
• Assist in developing adaptive skills for school, home, and community.
• Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to families/schools.
• Supervise ABA programs to improve cooperation, routines, and self-help skills.
• Empower families to support clients within natural routines for independence.
• Establish positive relationships with clients and family members.
