Job summary

Qualifications

- Ability to travel to client homes within service areas.
- California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for clients with autism.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs.
- Deliver individual and group sessions and monitor progress.
- Train and supervise mid-level staff and direct care team.
- Conduct assessments, write goals, analyze data, and report progress.
- Oversee behavioral plan implementation and adapt as needed.
- Meet families weekly in-clinic or via telehealth to review plans.
