Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a BCBA in Solano County to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism. The role includes clinical supervision of BCaBA and Interventionists, development of treatment plans, and collaboration with families.

Hybrid schedule (in-home/clinic with some remote), afternoon/evening availability, and a strong benefits package with sign-on and monthly bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, with afternoon and evenings.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes around service areas.
• Valid California Driver’s license (if working in-person/hybrid).
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays.
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client’s specific needs.
• Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to assist each client served in obtaining his/her treatment goals and objectives.
• Meet with, train, and supervise mid-level supervisors /BCaBA and direct care staff to provide guidance and review progress on goals.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data and write progress reports under supervision.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of behavioral plans for children.
• Assist in the development of adaptive skills for the individual to take a more positive role in school, home & community.
• Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and/or school.
