Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism and related needs.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs.
• Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Train and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and generate progress reports.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Vineland-III) under supervision.
• Develop and oversee behavioral plan implementation and adaptive skill development.
• Provide behavioral consultations to families and schools and coordinate with treatment plans.
