Job summary

The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, with sign-on and monthly bonuses. Availability for afternoon/evening hours and travel to client homes is expected, with in-home/clinic and some remote work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and valid California driver’s license if working in-person/hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing ABA programs for individuals.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to tailor ABA programs.
• Supervising and training mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and staff; reviewing progress and adjusting plans.
• Conduct assessments, write goals, and analyze data under supervision of Clinical Director.
• Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
