Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to collaborate with a BCBA and supervise Behavior Technicians in hybrid in-home/clinic settings in Modesto, CA.

You’ll design ABA programs, develop treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents up to 18 years old. You will oversee clinical supervision, conduct assessments, and guide staff while coordinating with families, schools, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Availability for afternoons/evenings with some weekend availability.
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Physical and TB Test within required timelines.
• Must have reliable transportation, insurance, and a driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, in collaboration with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to achieve treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure proper implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals with BCBA guidance.
• Develop behavioral intervention plans to promote adaptive skills and communication across home, school, and community.
• Engage families and caregivers to reinforce strategies in daily routines.
