Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services in San Rafael, CA is seeking Mid-Level ABA Supervisors to collaborate with a BCBA, supervise Behavior Technicians, and advance your ABA career. The role supports children and adolescents up to 18 with autism and developmental delays in a hybrid setting—some in-home hours and remote work are included.

You will develop and implement ABA programs, conduct assessments like VB-MAPP and Vineland, and guide families with intervention strategies while working under BCBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Availability for afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability.
• Must pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license for in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement personalized ABA programs with families and professionals.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients meet treatment goals.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists on treatment plans and progress.
