Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services seeks Mid-Level ABA Supervisors to work with BCBA supervision and guide Behavior Technicians in delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and teens. The role emphasizes developing individualized treatment plans, supervising technicians, and coordinating with families in home, school, and community settings.

The position supports a hybrid schedule in California, with afternoons/evenings and some weekend hours, and is aimed at advancing licensure toward BCBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in behavior modification interventions.
• Availability for consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings, some weekends).
• Ability to pass Live Scan FBI & DOJ clearance; physical and TB tests.
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and in-person work eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental delays.
• Train, supervise, and guide Behavior Interventionists; review progress and goals.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set treatment goals with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans for home, school, and community settings.
• Meet families regularly in-home to review progress and adjust intervention strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or higher in a related field
