RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical ABA services for pediatric populations with autism. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs and therapists, and ongoing data-driven progress monitoring across clinic, home, and community settings.

You will also lead caregiver training, coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals, and ensure high clinical integrity and ethical practice in a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB) with state licensing requirements for Arizona.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage hybrid clinic/home/community visits.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill assessments to identify needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focusing on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress, review data, and adjust treatment plans as children develop.
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training to reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Collaborate with schools, educational teams, and other healthcare professionals.
