Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2–18, in a hybrid-remote role across multiple states.

You will collect data in Central Reach, complete intake and assessments, train parents, and mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs while collaborating with clinicians and clinical directors. This role offers flexibility, paid time off, CEUs, and a path for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree required.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.

• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
• Billable hour requirements: 25 hours for full-time BCBAs.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaboration with clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentorship for RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
