Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of RBTs and Behavior Therapists in a hybrid setting across clinic, home, and community visits.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals, develop data-driven care plans, monitor progress, and ensure ethical clinical integrity.

Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing BCBA certification (BACB) with state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a flexible hybrid workflow across clinic, home, and community visits.

Responsabilités

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-level assessments to identify strengths, target behaviors, and developmental needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop customized ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervision & Oversight: Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high-fidelity therapy and ethical compliance.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Review data, track progress, and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Lead parent meetings, provide training, and ensure strategies are reinforced across settings.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
